Dr. Seng is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Optometry (1982). He is married to Debra E. (Kramer) Seng and they have 5 sons. Dr. Seng and his family have been living in Findlay since 1986 (Debbie was born and raised here).We are Christians and stay very busy with our family activities.
